Joseph H. Walsh is the founding partner of Menard & Walsh LLC. Mr. Walsh began his career in both criminal and civil litigation in Federal and State Courts. At the beginning of his career, he participated in the drafting of the then new alimony and property division laws of Massachusetts, G.L. c. 208, §34, which continues to govern alimony and property division in Massachusetts today. He also co-authored the lead article explaining Section 34 to the legal community.
