I worked with Kate on my E-2 visa. I originally went with another attorney who did not explain the process properly and left me landlocked in the US. Kate was extremely helpful and professional. Her firm found a consulate accepting third-country nationals which saved me a trip to my home country in Latin America, keeping in mind that we were already in the US in E2 visa status the consulate was much closer. I can’t recommend them enough, and I wish I found Kate way earlier in the process. She’s the best!
