Peter H. Bouman

Mr. Bouman joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 1975. He is currently Of Counsel with the Firm. Mr. Bouman has successfully prosecuted numerous lawsuits in the area of personal injury including claims involving wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice. He has also been lead counsel in securities fraud, antitust, ERISA, RICO, environmental and constututional law cases. Mr. Bouman handles lawsuits in both New York and Pennsylvania, and has been active in oil and gas litigation. He has been a member of the American Association for Justice since 1976.
