Frederick Penney has been appointed by the Placer County Court as a Settlement Conference Judge, better known as a Judge Pro-Tem. Mr. Penney preforms this duty only on occasion. Born February 23, 1963, admitted to the California State Bar in 1992. Mr. Penney received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 1988 in Philosophy. He attended J. Reuben Clark Law School where he received his J.D. degree in 1991. Following his admission to the bar he briefly worked for a nationwide personal injury firm. Due to numerous requests from potential clients, he opened the law firm of Penney and Associates in 1992. Mr. Penney as a young lawyer was contracted by a national law firm to take a number of their difficult cases to trial. Barry serves as managing partner for Bobbitt Law where he concentrates his focus of practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, and Catastrophic Injury and Death. Barry is intensely committed to fighting for the rights and dignity of those who are the victims of injustice at the hands of corporate and governmental interests. When he’s not working, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and taking mission trips with his church.
Jason B. Javaheri is a born-and-raised LA native. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and attended Loyola Law School. Before becoming an attorney, Jason was already involved with personal injury victims, and it became his passion. After completing law school, Jason worked at Bleau Fox, where he practiced civil litigation with a focus on personal injury. He began his own law firm specifically to take on personal injury cases. Jason and Yosi are members of the California State Bar, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
