Rosemarie Arnold was born on June 9, 1962 to Iris Arnold, a school teacher, and Dr. Murray Arnold, an obstetrician gynecologist. Her dad passed away when she was 5 years old, leaving her mother to raise their 6 children in Washington Heights, New York. She graduated with honors from the Bronx High School of Science in 1979, where she was the captain of the women’s swim team. In 1983, at age 20, Arnold graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton, then headed to Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and captain of the negotiating team. After graduating from law school in 1986, Arnold began her career at the Law Offices of Christian Stueben, where she represented predominantly large corporate defendants, such as Foodtown, Pathmark, Stop & Shop, Campbell’s Soup Company, Arcola Bus Company, Bally’s Total Fitness, T.G.I. Fridays, Libby’s Foods and Cigna Insurance Company. Jory Lange became a lawyer to help make our communities safer. Jory helps families who have been harmed by large corporations. Through his cases, Jory works to deter corporations from harming other families in the future. After almost 14 years of practice, Jory has wide-ranging experience in litigating cases involving dangerous products. As Robins Cloud’s lead trial lawyer for mesothelioma cases, Jory helps families who have lost a loved one due to asbestos-caused cancers. As co-lead of Robins Cloud’s Food Safety team, Jory helps victims of food poisoning. Jory grew up in San Antonio. After graduating with honors from the University of Chicago, he earned his law degree at the University of Texas School of Law. While at the University of Texas, he was awarded the Dean’s Achievement Award for achieving the highest grade in Constitutional Law I. Jory lives in Houston with his wife and their four daughters, and their dog and two cats.
With over 30 years of service to the state of North Carolina, James D. “Butch” Williams has built a legal practice and a Sports Representation Firm that has thrived at the highest level. Mr. Williams received his B.S. in Political Science from North Carolina Central University in 1976 and his JD from the same institution in 1979. Butch is a member of the Durham County, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations; the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; the North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers; the 14th Judicial District Bar; the Sports Lawyers Association; the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association; the American Inns of Court; and the National Football and Basketball Players Associations. In addition to these accolades, Mr. Williams has served on the Sports and Entertainment Board of the North Carolina Bar Association. Since 1990, Mr. Williams has taught Sports Law and Trial Practice as an Adjunct Professor at his alma mater. In addition to his teaching services at NCCU, Mr. Williams has extended his understanding of Sports Law to neighboring Universities within the state and region as a visiting professor: Duke University, UNC-Chapel Hill, University of South Carolina, and North Carolina State University, amongst others. Jason B. Javaheri is a born-and-raised LA native. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and attended Loyola Law School. Before becoming an attorney, Jason was already involved with personal injury victims, and it became his passion. After completing law school, Jason worked at Bleau Fox, where he practiced civil litigation with a focus on personal injury. He began his own law firm specifically to take on personal injury cases. Jason and Yosi are members of the California State Bar, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
