Mr. Williams received his B.S. in Political Science from North Carolina Central University in 1976 and his JD from the same institution in 1979. Butch is a member of the Durham County, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations; the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; the North Carolina Association of Black Lawyers; the 14th Judicial District Bar; the Sports Lawyers Association; the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association; the American Inns of Court; and the National Football and Basketball Players Associations.
