Profile
Charles McAleer
In 2003, Charles McAleer founded The McAleer Law Firm, and ever since then has devoted all of his time to representing plaintiffs in cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death law. Each year, McAleer Law recovers millions of dollars for its clients by way of jury trial verdicts or pre-trial settlements.
The type of cases McAleer Law has brought to verdict include, among others, wrongful death, catastrophic injury and also other serious injury cases. The firm will not hesitate to file suit on a case that deserves more than an insurance company is willing to pay.
After graduating from Emory in 1996, and prior to opening his personal injury practice, McAleer worked abroad for five years as General Counsel for an international manufacturing company. McAleer managed all litigation in which the company was involved.
McAleer has also been an adjunct professor of U.S. law at the University of Trier, Germany, which included legal research, torts, civil procedure, and contracts.
