David A. Kulwicki has been a trial lawyer since 1988. He has tried over 80 jury trials, argued cases in the Supreme Court of Ohio, and appeared in 26 of Ohio’s 88 county courts as well courts in New York and Florida. He has recovered verdicts or settlements exceeding $100,000,000.00 on behalf of clients, including multiple million dollar and multimillion dollar recoveries.
He graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with honors in economics and from the Ohio State University School of Law with his juris doctor where he was an Articles Editor on Law Review. Mr. Kulwicki is a past Chairman of the Medical Negligence Section of the Ohio Academy of Justice (OAJ), past Chairman of OAJ’s Constitutional Review Committee and past member of the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has lectured and published articles on various topics related to representation of injured Ohioans.
Mr. Kulwicki primarily represents individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries as a result of medical negligence, car, truck and motorcycle crashes, and workplace injuries.
