Personal Life
Frank was born October 5, 1957 and has been a resident of Jefferson Parish and a trial lawyer since 1985. In 1993, Frank married Leah M. Hughes. Additionally, Frank is a mentor with Catholic Charities’ Cafe Hope and Chairman for Work Place Advocacy. Frank also served as a volunteer coach for youth soccer at Plantation Athletic Club and is a father of three children.
Ability to Practice
