Marc Anthony Saggese is the founder of the Law Offices of Saggese & Associates and began practicing law in Las Vegas in 1999. Originally from Utica, New York, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York in 1995, graduating with honors. Marc continued on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1999. Marc was admitted to the Judge Advocate General Corps in 2000 where he served as a Captain in the United States Army, undertaking litigation work for the Department of Justice. Upon forming his own firm in 2003, Marc devoted his practice to civil and criminal matters, finding that passionate defense work was how he best served his community.
Marc actively litigates cases, conducts jury trials, and has represented more than 2,500 clients. In addition, he is also a pro tempore Judge for the Las Vegas Municipal Court System, as well as a Small Claims Court Judge and Traffic Court Magistrate.
