I am proud to be the founding partner of Rafidi, Pallante & Melewski, LLC (fka Amendolara & Rafidi, LLC), an Ohio based, multi-office boutique law firm. I have put together a team of talented attorneys and support staff that excel in their respective fields. I am the Managing Partner of our Practice throughout the entire State of Ohio. My experience has allowed me to practice law in nearly every county throughout Ohio. My practice now concentrates on Business Consulting, Corporate Law, and Personal Injury Law.
Throughout the years, I have negotiated and drafted multi-million dollar contracts for my business clients and have successfully achieved multi-million dollar settlement/awards for my personal injury clients. By limiting my representation I am able to focus on the details necessary to successfully advise and represent clients in complex unique legal issues in the fields of business law and personal injury.
