Phillip was born and raised in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, attending Elliott County High School and graduating as Valedictorian of his class. He attended Morehead State University and earned a degree in Government before enrolling in the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law, graduating in 2011.
During law school, Phillip worked for Lexis Nexis and clerked for Chief Judge Sara Walter Combs of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. After graduation, Phillip returned home to Eastern Kentucky and joined Kirk Law Firm as an associate.
Phillip’s practice is focused primarily on personal injury, insurance losses, Social Security, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and neglect and pharmaceutical errors.
Phillip secured his first seven-figure settlement less than two years into the practice of law.
In his free time, Phillip enjoys playing spending time with his son, Jaxon.
