R.T. Green

A founding partner of Blackburn & Green, R.T. Green graduated with honors from Indiana State University (BS cum laude, 1974) and Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law (JD cum laude, 1977).
He is admitted to practice law before the State Courts of Indiana and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  R.T. has been practicing law since 1977 and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
R.T. has also been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the state of Indiana by the National Trial Lawyers Association, an Indiana Super Lawyer, and a Top Lawyer for Personal Injury and Wrongful Death in Fort Wayne by Professional Research Services.
Formerly a judge for the Bartholomew County Circuit Court, R.T. now limits his practice exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death law.
