Mr. Vlasak focuses his practice on civil litigation for plaintiffs, including personal injury, wrongful death, employment, tenant, real estate, and consumer actions. Many of his cases involve brain and neurological injuries and wrongful termination claims for individuals belonging to protected classes under the law. Mr. Vlasak has also successfully litigated several large fire cases.
Mr. Vlasak earned his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia, where he was Staff Editor of Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
Prior to his career as an attorney, Mr. Vlasak was an Adjunct Professor and taught courses including philosophy, ethics, and logic. Before founding Bracamontes & Vlasak, P.C. in 2008 and practicing plaintiffs’ litigation, Mr. Vlasak gained experience at a Bay Area insurance defense firm.
As a litigator, Mr. Vlasak has achieved multi-million dollar results for plaintiffs in personal injury, tenant, and business matters.
